ATTORNEY | FOUNDER
Luke A. Burke
Luke has assisted utilities, businesses, and individuals in the Upstate with their legal needs for over a decade. He practices in all areas of civil litigation with a primary focus on eminent domain/right of way acquisition and business litigation. Luke also assists businesses, landowners, and developers with regulatory issues. He enjoys appellate work and assisting others with their appeals and with recognizing and preserving appellate issues both during trial and after a verdict.
Luke is a board member for the Better Business Bureau of the Upstate. He graduated with honors from the University of South Carolina School of Law in 2011 where he was a member of the Law Review, Order of the Coif, and Order of Wig and Robe.
Luke met his wife, Megan, in law school and she also practices in Greenville. They have a daughter who is likely more recognizable in the community than either of them. Luke enjoys competing in cooking competitions and chess tournaments whenever he can.

Kaitlyn Bouchillon
Kaitlyn has over a decade of experience in the legal field, and has worked with Luke off and on throughout her paralegal career. She has experience in civil litigation, eminent domain, appellate and federal practice, with a passion for problem solving and project management.
Kaitlyn met her husband in a martial arts school, where she also developed a love of boxing. In her off time, you will find her spending time with her husband and their two children. She also has a love for live music and the serenity of the Blue Ridge Mountains.
